鹿島神宮弓道場

茨城県鹿嶋市の鹿島神宮内に弓道場があります。
とても趣のある道場ですので、ご紹介させて頂きます。

Today, let me introduce a Kyudo-jo located in the Kashima-Jingu Shrine in Kashima city, Ibaraki.
This do-jo has very quaint atmosphere.

神宮境内ということもあり、弓道場の周りはとても静かで、木々のそよぐ音がとても心地よいです。
格子窓からの木漏れ日がとても素敵ですね。

Since it is in a shrine ground, the surroundings of the Kyudo-jo is very quiet and sound of trees is very comfortable.
Light that comes through a lattice window is very nice.

年季の入った床板もとても良い色をしています。
足踏みをしたところ、滑りすぎず、引っかかりすぎずで引きやすそうだなと感じました。

The floor board has aged well and also has been very good color.
When I stepped on(Ashibumi), I felt that it was not too slippery, not too caught and easy to do Kyudo movement.

こちらは的場。垜がとても綺麗に整備されています。聞いたところ、最大で６的まで立てられるとのこと。

This is Matoba. Azuchi is very beautifully maintained. I heard that it can set up six Mato(Target) maximum.

使い込まれた掃除用具や何度も修復した痕のある矢箱。
利用者の方々に長年愛され続けている道場なんだと強く感じました。
こんな素敵な道場で練習できるのが羨ましく思いますね。
鹿島神宮へお参りがてら、是非、弓道場にも足をお運びください。

Through well and carefully used cleaning tools, an arrow box with many repaired marks and so on, I strongly felt that this dojo has been loved by many players for many years.
I envy to be able to practice in such a wonderful dojo.
Please come and visit the Kashima-Jingu Shrine, and also the Kyudo-jo.
