澄明弓道場北京

2017年に北京に新しく出来た弓道団体「澄明弓道場」をご紹介させて頂きます。
澄明弓道場所属のBernardo Kyoさんよりご寄稿頂きました。

We would like to introduce the newly-made Kyudo group “Sumiaki Kyudojo” at Beijing in 2017.

2017年8月2日、北京において初めての非営利弓道団体「澄明弓道場」が誕生しました。中国における最大の非営利弓道団体「中国正鵠会」に属し、深セン、上海、杭州、寧波などの弓道団体と連携し、日々楽しみながら弓道の稽古に励んでいます。

Sumiaki Kyudojo, the first nonprofit Kyudo organization in Beijing, was founded on August 2nd, 2017. Also a member of China Seikokukai – the largest nonprofit Kyudo organization in China, with branches located in several cities including Shenzhen, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Ningbo, etc. We are a group of people brought together by a common interest in Kyudo culture. We learn about Kyudo with sincerity and respect, and enjoy Kyudo practice with lots of fun.

非営利弓道場経営として財務諸表なども公開・透明化しており、年々進化を図っています。現在、正規練習者は約45名常駐しており、少し手前味噌かもしれませんが、不定期に弓道教室を開いているなか、2018年末まで9割の方々が体験から正規会員になっています。

As a nonprofit organization, the financial status is disclosed to all dojo members on a monthly basis. Currently we have 45 formal members and the group is growing at a steady pace. From the occasional introductory courses we have held in dojo, over 90% of the attendants become long term practicing members afterwards.

「くつろげる（アダージョ的な）伝統弓道場を作ろう」という理想を持ち、安心して稽古できる道場にしたいと、会員達はそれぞれボランティアとして応援し、弓道普及のために貢献しています。

With the common will of building a safe and cozy practice environment, many of our members contribute to the daily operation and management of dojo with volunteer works. That includes dedicating effort into spreading popularity of Kyudo among general public. Our goal is to build a “slow-paced (adagio)” dojo atmosphere, which corresponds to the elegant beauty of Kyudo art.
